The Oak Ridge Boys, esteemed GRAMMY® Award winners and revered members of the Country Music Hall of Fame, recently graced the stage of TBN’s Huckabee, treating viewers to a captivating performance as part of their ‘American Made: Farewell Tour’. During the show, the iconic group delighted audiences with renditions of timeless classics “Elvira” and “Bobbie Sue”, marking their inaugural national television appearance with newest member Ben James. Following this milestone, The Oak Ridge Boys made their way to the illustrious Grand Ole Opry® for Ben’s official debut as an Oak Ridge Boy.
Expressing his gratitude, Ben James remarked, “Becoming an Oak Ridge Boy has truly been a dream come true for me. Growing up with their music, performing nightly alongside these legends feels like a ‘pinch me’ moment with every song. Continuing their ‘American Made: Farewell Tour’ across the nation, The Oak Ridge Boys are set to visit nearly twenty states, with additional dates to be announced soon. Excitement was further fueled as the Boys unveiled their revamped website, offering fans an enhanced online experience.

Established in the late sixties, The Oak Ridge Boys have undergone a remarkable evolution, with William Lee Golden and Duane Allen joining in the late sixties, followed by Richard Sterban in 1972 and Joe Bonsall in 1973. The group welcomed Ben James as their newest member in January 2024, following Joe Bonsall’s retirement.
